The FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System certification provides a framework for effectively managing the organisation’s food safety responsibilities. Development of Systems
ISO system is a combination of different areas like People, Processes and Procedures. Each part has to be documented in terms of Procedural way. Once the program is developed, the staff has to be trained on documentation expectation followed by implementation on site. During the course of the whole process, the number of training has to be facilitated at different levels of the organization
A major resulting benefit is that FSSC 22000 is, easier for organizations worldwide implement the Codex HACCP system for food hygiene in a harmonized way, which does not vary the country of food product concerned. FSSC 22000 incorporates the principles of HACCP and covers the requirements of key standards developed by the various global food retailer syndicates in a single document.
