The ISO 22000 is a combination of ISO 9000 and HACCP. It is very important that the two systems developed and married without a seam.
The whole project is divided into three important parts:
1. Development of Systems
2. Training of Systems
3. Implementation of Systems
4. Final Audit and Closure of Non Conformances

Development of Systems: ISO system is a combination of different areas like People, Processes and Procedures. Each part has to be documented in terms of Procedural way. Once the program is developed, the staff has to be trained on documentation expectation followed by implementation on site. During the course of whole process, number of trainings has to be facilitated at different levels of organization.
